Demon hunter distance attack

Hi

My DH keeps attacking the mobs at very close range including the boss. its not holding a reasonable distance. When put to kite .. well .does the same thing.
is there an addon to assist in this issue?

No Kite option available under demon hunter combat

Hi, can someone tell me where to find this kite option? I've looked under demon hunter combat but no such option is available. My demonbuddy should be relatively new v1.3.4.27. I've attached a screenshot for you to see what I am looking at. General is at the top of the screen and Vault is the last option. Scrolling down will not have anything past Vault options.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It is under the "Avoidance" tab, and then Kiting sub-tab not in the combat section. Make sure for UE Dh you check kiting "all the time" and set your distance to something >10

Under the avoidance tab, there is ground effects, misc and advanced. I have took a screen shot for all of them. Please find them attached. I still do not see this elusive kiting option.
