Demon buddy has stopped working

Issue with demon buddy crashing on login have tried all the recent/old posts on how to fix this but no joy could someone please help with some support.
new download and running windows 10.

update to latest build plz

New install done and still the same

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart



also restore your windows hosts file and make sure you are using google dns

this seems a bit strange as I have ran db before on other systems and never had todo this?
