Demon buddy auth error/ demonbuddy has suddenly stopped working

followed rules instructions to the T in how to use thist trial but i keep getting an auth error and or a windows message that says demon buddyhas stopped working

thats the first thing i did before contacting you was tomake sure it was running as an administrative program as ive seen programs bug before when the dont run as admin
