"Demdonbuddy is not working" error

I have turned off my FW and my AV before launching DB. I then start diablo 3 and when I start DB and enter my key it pops up an error and says "demonbuddy is not working" and then windows tries to repair and then I have to close. I have deleted and reinstalled DB, but it gives me the same error. What can I do to fix it?

I tried to remove the below but that did not help. that just gave me another error when I start windows so I re installed them.

- microsoft .net framework 4
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


Here are my log files. As you can see there is not much there.
