Delay initiating routine in combat

Using Tuanha paid routines and using singular both in AFK questing and assisted combat, there is some delay before routine starts. This results in frequent deaths and the bot facing the opposite direction of the mob... Standing idle for up to 10 seconds with no action at all. What is going on here? Coming back to HB/WoW after several months, it didn't do this before.

Enabling frame lock in Settings & Tools has helped so far in AFK questing.
