Delay from purchase to use

Hey all... I'm setting up another HB2 account for a friend of mine.
I bought the Honorbuddy-Yearly deal for him on Monday afternoon.
As of now, Wednesday, 10am, it's still not active. I'm not sure if I've done
something wrong in purchasing it, or if Bossland is just a bit backed up
and it hasn't been activated yet, or ???
I was logged into my friends account when I purchased it.
Any insight would be great!
