Delay before herbing.

Generally, there is a pause before looting herbs. I will often see "can't do that while moving". Have disabled all add-ons and restarted both applications.

I've seen this a good bit lately while hand levelling a new character. It seems to be something with click to move... sometimes if you click on an herb or a mine node, when you actually arrive, it will throw that error initially. On that note, it seems to be most game objects, like quest pickups, or even NPCs that do it as well.
