Default Warrior CC doesn't use heroic strike in prot

Leveling my prot warrior and uh, having issues with the fact that I'm constantly full rage, neither am I using Shield Barrier nor Heroic Strike, the only time my warrior dumps rage is on execute, are there other combat routines out there (free) or am I missing out on some settings?

Just use the "OLD" one, the new one is somehow bugged.
