Death's Breath - Some are not being picked up. Just ignored.

I've noticed that the bot seems to be missing picking up quite a few Death's Breath.

Is anyone else having a similar issues?

I am using the most up to date DB Beta.

everything is working fine for me now after DB Beta was updated... maybe the bot was just bugging out
