I just saw that you have updated Blood. I haven't tested yet. From notes I have a couple of comments:
- I know that DnD is a slight boost in DPS, but I would recommend an option to use it manually or exclude it from rotation at all. Reason is that DnD is a very good option to take initial aggro on a few mobs. If it is used by the CR we are having hard time picking the next pack of mobs. Lets look at this in more detail. You are tanking a pack (at Galakras e.g.). Next pack is coming and DnD is on CD. You have to apply diseases and BB to get them. If Outbreak is on CD too, than you have to do 3 casts (more than 4 sec) to get the next mobs. By that time those 400k DPS idiots are dead from aggro. I will not be thinking "what if" that new pack comes close to my mobs and I BB and spread the diseases and grab them.. The only other option would be to be to Glyph for Festering Blood. Not sure if the CR supports this.
- I didn't read about Death Pact. Is it fixed? CR wasn't using it at all.
- Targeting. It is impossible to Raise Ally. You have to pause the CR to do that. Otherways, it keeps retargeting enemies. Also, it is impossible to manually cast DnD while in combat. If I have it available and I turn my back on a mob to try and place DnD on some other spot, CR keeps trying to spam some other spell and does not let me cast it.
Otherways, survivability is unmatched!!! I am tanking with half dps gear and I don't die to bosses that other DKs with many ilvls above me die.
DPS in Blood spec seems to be nerfed badly. I know they nerfed Vengence. On another DK with a bit better DPS gear, but 530 wep (now I have 548), I was doing over 140k single target DPS. Now I can't go over 70k

Any observations anyone?
