i was thinking and the problems with DB really aren't that bad

it gets the job done - i can leave it going for 24 hours and come back to four stash pages full of ancients

the backtracking isn't the greatest for pushing rifts, but at least the bot is somewhat reliable

Totally disagree...
The only fun thing with D3 is that I can run a bot.
D3 itself died long time ago for me, the only true fun that is left in the game is a combination D3+Bot and trying to finetune swap this and that to get a better bot result.

So if backtracking is't fixed then I'm out !
Fix the backtracking now FFS !
