DCs while using HB in a BG

so I use the bot to heal and\or DPS in BGs. on occasion I get DCed when I try to log back in DC instantly again before I load and I'm out of the BG no deserter buff but I've logged back in fast enough to avoid (I think) this problem. Is this a possible way blizz is trying to see if you're botting. I'm in full control of my char as I don't bot unattended any longer I'm always using combat bot.

could be anything from an addon to hb error ... or it could be a blizz, but there are a few million people playing and not nearly as many botting
