The dc issues has nothing to do with DB or any of the profiles. Scores of people are experiencing this same problem. Just head over to the D3 Blizz forums and stay updated.
People all over the world experiencing this issue have tried playing multiple accounts at the same time while one account gets dc'd the others don't. When one plays on the same account and plays one character with no dc but switch to another character on the same account and they get dc's. Some are playing Wow and D3 at the same time while WoW has no DC and D3 does dc.
Blizz stated they are aware of the problem and working on it. They been getting a lot of DDOS attacks past few days.
