If it were the DEVS they would say technically it is working but on a consumer side it's a little lack luster at the moment. BUT in saying that they have been releasing updates since the new season and IT is getting better but the theres a few fixes needed to make it work to a good standard. Just cruise the forums and check out discord for some more info if your not sure. I mean i still use DB, get fucked to see me manually making a seasonal character LOL.
