DB won't start Nightmare or Hell

I am using the full act Questing by rrrix to get my bot to run through the quests to get to inferno. His instructions were to change the level to which ever and let it run.

I changed all of the 4 acts to level to "Normal", and the bot ran through them all. I then changed them to "Nightmare" and DB keeps trying to start the session in "Inferno" which the bot can't do since he hasn't finished the lower Quests. I then tried this with a bot that is over 60, and changing the level to either "Nightmare" or "Hell" results in inferno. setting to "Normal" and it goes to normal.

Anyone know why?

Here's the profile. This starts Inferno, what would I change to make it start nightmare?

make sure you are reloading the profile after your edits

I tried reloading but that didn't work, So I restarted the PC (I haven't done that for about a month). Then it worked. Weird that normal would work but Nightmare and Hell wouldn't!?!?

Yep it's working fine. Still don't understand the problem, but since it's working I stopped caring!
