DB updated and deleted Trinity

Did this happen to only me? My DB updated automatically and my Trinity disappeared. This happened a day after newest DB patch. I been using DB for about a 2 months now and not sure if this happens a lot but I will proceed to uninstalling DB and installing it again. I checked everywhere on the file I have DB and there was no sing of trinity. I also have EZUpdater.

The only thing that was left was the Trinity logs.
