Db tab malfunctioning

Hi,

I have recently purchased the 3 day trial period of db but have a hard timesetting it up.
Some of the tabs are not working and thus the settings cannot be accesed and the char just doesn't attack
and/or enters in undesired difficulty lvls.
Quick question.. do u offer TW support?
I have downloaded all zip files and folowed the steps but no joy

choose Trinity as your combat routine,under DB settings

I finally made it work but now i got 1 more issue,
how can i make it salvage legendary and not keeping htem except ancients????
I tick all the checkboxes to keep ancients and salvage rest but it keeps all legendaries....
Anyuone help?
