DB suddenly quit working?!

Opened up db today and it said file location couldnt be found then I got this error.

"Demonbuddy was unable to rename itself on startup: No application is associated with the specified file for this operation."

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall many times and it does this each and every time. How do I fix this?

I was able to fix it. Looks like a virus software was impacting it. working now.
