DB stucks and doesn't do anything after I click "Start". Any reason why?

Yup I did. I actually had it working a couple of times. Thereafter, it works on a random basis. Sometimes DB hangs when I start it, sometimes it goes to the "Routine" selection - whereby I'll select a routine and then it'll work.
