DB start having issues after reinstall

Hi,

3 days ago I formatted my computer and installed new DB but somehow after couple of success runs its stop working and gives error messages, I try to run with GR and normal rift profiles and same, problem usually when bot come back to town for repair/sell/stash. I attached the log file to this thread.

As you say I switch to trinity posted in forums (rev 89) and its seems working fine atm but I would like to use rev.96+ because its comes with Vault behavior update and its really important to do 75+ GR runs. Do you have any suggestion how can I use rev.96 without those issues I posted on first post?
