DB not reading pluggings

So i once opened a document with notepad to be able to change my item rules and now my comp changed every pluggings into notepad docs. DemonBuddy does not detect them so I can't load them. I'm going nuts here. I've deleted everything and once downloaded it's still a note pad document. Or there is another problem I am not seeing. Please help me out.

1) Make sure all your plugins are in the "Plugins" folder.
2) Make sure you're logged into d3 and is in-game.
3) Make sure the file format of the plugins are .cs and not anything else (e.g.txt). If you downloaded directly I don't see why the format would change itself.
