Hey guys!

Just noticed this and wondered if we're able to be refundable or if DB will come back :)
 
There is no TOS and EULA, we already wrote a lot about that.

You apply to the TOS / EULA the moment you buy the software from the store, because there is no EULA or TOS attached to the product, you did not accept any other TOS / EULA but the merchants one.

Thats common sense in Germany. You can not sue anyone in terms of TOS / EULA, when there was never one.

Isn't it a TOS / EULA that pops up when you first log into an account?

next time you buy a car, and try to start it, wait for the pop -up on the display where you accept the TOS / EULA of the car company, that you can not sell your car, and you can not drive your car with blue shoes!

the only popup i got was low tire pressure...
 
Where and when Can we expect some New information? And People who are waiting for the "suspension" to lift, Can we expect a refund if it doesnt??

Yes, they will refund if it doesn't. (You will have to request it though, as some are letting them keep the money out of donation) One also does not question the legal system, specifically about when's and whats.
