DB Logs in, then crashes. D3 runs fine-- new behavior since patching.

Updated new patch for D3 with this morning's maintenance. Now DB freezes after logging in, then crashes. D3 stays open. This happens on two separate machines.

Please help!

- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Ok, did everything to the last letter. Now it goes through the updater, but then crashes.

When I restart, it successfully logs in, then hangs up and freezes.

Anything other suggestions? Thanks.

had the same issue, or somewhat the same + diablo wanted to send a report to blizzard because diablo crashed also... the first thing i did was to go to programs and features > uninstall > REPAIR. everything is working now
