DB loading error : missing a using directive or an assembly reference?

hi there i did an auto update today, and what i found in db screen wasnt that nice xD, since im still not fix it and couldnt run my lovely farming profile.also i noticed that my trinity just disappeared from my plugins, but is still in my db plugins files. View attachment 904 2014-11-10 15.49.txt
