DB Latest Beta Build Will not Start after update to 527

I got the prompt to update, performed the update and now when I click start I get the following error, attached log.

Error while initializing memory
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'RemoteASMNative, Version=1.1.2333.527, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=69e1d2cac8e6ae34' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Virus scanner removed RemoteASMNative file, restored it and i think that should resolve it.
