Thats all well and good ruud, and i respect all the the people at buddyforum do for me, hell they make my wow life more fun, no shitty farming pre-raid.

But when you pay for something (in this case with the last of my money before payday) you expect to get what you paid for.

You wouldn't go to a shop buy a loaf of bread and then the guy at the counter takes your money but doesn't give you the bread would you.
 
Don't understand how you people CANNOT even consider the fact that DB has gone through and still going through allot of shit blizzard threw up at them.. give them some time buddy team always delivers.

In point of fact, buddy team has NOT delivered. Not even a "We are working on it, please give us some time" message. Nothing. Not a single response in over 48 hours. That, my friend, is the part I find inexcusable. I am a very patient person... Hell, I could wait a week or more to get my key... if they would only respond with something other than silence.

The only reply so far as been "email [email protected]"... which I did 2 days ago, and have received not even an automated response. That is unacceptable behavior for someone who was quick enough to accept my money.

I run a fairly successful VPS hosting firm, and if I were to ignore a customer for 48 hours, I would lose that customer. Period. End of story. There is simply no excuse for ignoring a paying customer thats having issues - none. Its not like it would take long to draft a "we're working on it, please wait" email.
