db keeps using health potions continuously ! and pickup rules

How can i stop that, keeps using them and when it really needs them cannot use and die
Also want NOT to get the blue items and only yellows from 62+ except rings 61+ and ofc keep legendaries.

keep enable only Trinity and RadsAtom plugin and give it a try

also,check your RadsAtom settings about death handling
