DB keep loggin out all the time grrr.2 diffrent errors

i get one of 2 messages..unexpected error or if quest tools is activated it states quest tools logged it out log attached cheers in advance for any help.

p.s i have turned off quest errors and thats when i get unexpected error.

oh yea i deleted it out beta to see if the error would stop.

btw im trying to use the questing profile 1-60 atm. not sure if that makes a diffrence.
