DB Issue - character standing still at specific locations

I have been using DB for a while now and it has been working fine - a few minor glitches that I was able to get over but nothing this major.

Yesterday I was botting and my internet dropped but could still move in the game but can't attack / see monsters, I died in HC and figured I would just start again.

So I noticed that the bot would get very glitchy mostly after restarting the run, I have tried two different Queen profiles and it would get stuck at the barricade after talking to rumford.
The log I attached happens to be at Adria's house, im using rrrix full act 1 run and the bot would walk into the house and just stand there.
also, I had a Mira eamon farming profile that worked fine 2 days ago, but now it would kill Mira and just sit there without proceeding to the next step in the profile.


I did a clean install in a different folder and only use questtools... any ideas what could be causing it ?

I had this bug too, it's a problem with the new DB version I think. Will upload a new Questing bundle soon.
 
So is it better to revert to an older version of DB?
one way I found to remedy this issue is to load the profile again while the bot is still running (without hitting stop/start) but that kinda defeats the whole purpose of the bot if I have to babysit it every 5mins
 
I wouldn't suggest to use any "Queen" farming profiles, i doubt if those profiles are updated or supported anymore. Usually only the top 3-4 profiles in the profiles section of the forums are actively maintained.

The Questing profile can have random stucks, it's nearly impossible to account for ALL the stuck conditions that can happen - I have a new release coming soon with updated profiles & plugins there, maybe in a day or two.

The thing is, they used to work perfectly fine a week ago, and it's not just the queen profiles. I have it happen now to Zoltun, Vachem, Ghom profiles as well as a blacksmith quest profile I made ( from stealing the part of code for that quest from your profile) which all of them worked in the past

The thing is the program code itself changes which can have adverse effects on profiles. If the profile isn't updated to account for the new changes, then guess what is going to happen?

Either wait for Rrrix to update the questing pack like he suggested, go back to an earlier version of DB if you want, but arguing with Rrrix is going to get you absolutely no where. You wouldn't be coming here asking for help if you knew as much as he does. Either accept his explanation at face value, or don't, and just move on. He said he is working on it, show a little patience.

Who is arguing ? I never claimed to have any knowledge about the code, rather was just trying to get some clarification.

Seriously though, pull that stick out of your ass, whats up with the sore attitude? Did my reply insult you in any shape or form?
