DB is causing D3 client to crash

Some profiles are causing Diablo to crash. It only happens when the profile reloads and enters a new game. Then when loading in town it freezes the game. The profiles are working for other people and i've tried everything to fix this but nothing has worked. I've uninstalled DB, reinstalled it, reinstalled Diablo, and everything else that people suggest. Hopefully looking at the logs will help figure out what it could be. Thanks
