Db ignoring returned summoner mob

Is it just me or does Db ignore returned summoners..... I'm doing CotA runs on 2 different computers beta + release and it skips these mobs on purpose
only time it ever dies is to random AOE

oh.... well I'll go change that then heh
don't know why someone would write that in the script to ignore the mob
