DB failed to load profile element resume ecc....i run questing profile

hi,
can you help me please, i've bought today 1y license , i log into game but profile all act questing give me this error...i have used wizard tools, i tried reinstall DB ecc ecc but nothing....

oh ok...but in meanwhile i can't use bot for leveling? i begun play diablo 3 just yesterday and have only char at level 2......so i have to wait for fix???
