DB Error cropped up today

Hello team, after using the bot for a few weeks with no problems I woke up this morning and found that it had stopped and now is giving me the error
injectionFinishedevent_was_never_fired. I would really appreciate it if someone would let me know how to fix this. I have attached the log. Let me know if you need any more info from me. Thanks!

hello yes i have some of the same i couldt get it too start and i need help with that he cant change quests and gets an error for not been able too pick right then he restart doing same over and over.

this mean? not sure how too setup the trinity or whatever it is.. my demon hunter its detected him and was able too play in hell but only too restart segment very annoying

ok very sorry nvm i think i fixed it will fresh install and just do it from start again.. but last question why does the key start when u start bot but its doesnt feel when its used or not.. thats strange but a limit is a limit its just i used my first 3 days get this too work.. xD whatever its only a eur
