Read the post and make sure you setup DB as its described there (with the needed plugins and configuration)

for beta builds you must use beta build thread in case you have problems

the profile you are trying to use uses heavily edited Trinity version etc,that blacklists a lo t of stuff in combat

check it with the author of the profile plz
