DB doesn't work. Anyone has the same problem?

After double click icon, nothing happens, even login window doesn't show up.
I checked the task manager, DB process just arise for 1 sec then disappear immediately.
I tried re-install, but it doesn't help.
This has been 2 days... @_@||

I have no problems...
Tryed to do a re installation off DB?
Do you have D3 on and are logged in?
