DB does not recognize Trinity

I 've been using Trinity 2.14.5, today i notice trinity has been updated to 2.14.14 so i downloaded it and pasted to DB plugin folder. DB doesnt recognize it anymore.
I'm back to using 2.14.5. Any idea why my DB doesnt work? thank you

Can someone please help or upload their DB folder w latest trinity so i can at least download it for now?

delete Trinity and copy the new version into Plugins.

I had the same issue, had to go back to 2.14.11
