if the profile it written to do so..
Events like that a simply a quest, As such a profile need to be written for that quest..
A1-A5 Questing profile by rixx contains some of the common side quests with in the code, You could "With his permission" extract that from this profile if it happens to be one that you are looking for, If not you will need to make one up.
