DB Crash's on "Flashing Window"

It crash at "Flashing Window"^^...

I fixed this by loggin in then starting DB. I also went into properties and changed compatibility to xp sp3 and run as admin.

Same for me, flashing window then Crashing.

Win7 32bit SP1

Staring as Admin didnt worked, too.
