DB crashes as soon as i enter SOME of my keys. Some of my other keys have expired (they were 1 yr keys). What is going on? I tied with the latest beta (.351) and with the latest stable (.343) releases and they both do it. I think it has to do with the login server somehow. It might be that all my keys have expired, but since this bug happens i can't check for sure. Is this a known issue? I'd upload a log, but they are all empty, since it doesn't even log in.

EDIT: Just checked; i got 3 sessions till the 9th of May 2014, so it must be some sort of bug with the Auth server.

try delete the log files and see how that goes.

Tried it, didn't work. This is literally a brand new installation; there are no Trinity logs. The error log is empty, while the other file says only:
2014-03-11 00:36:43,390 [1] INFO MainWindow (null) - Demonbuddy v1.1.1706.343 started
2014-03-11 00:36:44,549 [3] INFO MainWindow (null) - Logging in...

Also removed .NET 4.5 and reinstalled DB dependencies fresh. Still not working.

Tony, there is no log, it is empty. This is the whole text in the log file

2014-03-11 00:36:43,390 [1] INFO MainWindow (null) - Demonbuddy v1.1.1706.343 started
2014-03-11 00:36:44,549 [3] INFO MainWindow (null) - Logging in...

Errors file is completely empty.

flush your DNS

add an exception in your firewall and your antivirus for DB

restore your windows hosts file

Flushed my DNS from CMD. Turned off windows firewall. Don't have an AV. Hosts file is the original one, it has never been modified, but i restored it anyway form the official data on the Microsoft website.

Nothing changed. As soon as i enter my key and click the login button, DB crashes with this error.

enable

firewall and add an exception plz

also check if there is a loopback adapter under network adapters,if there is one uninstall it

Enabled firewall, added an exception. Checked the network adapters, there is only one, the one i am getting my internet through. Still not working. Interestingly, when i enter an incorrect or an expired key, it doesn't crash.

any major changes lately on your machine?
tried to check it with your ISP?

TBH, i haven't used DB on this machine before. I used to run it on an AMD cpu, now i've got a build with an Intel cpu. Besides that, everything should be in order. I can't think of a reason for that happening on my side. I could call my ISP, but what am i gonna check with them for? Is there anything specific i could ask them?

Any particular ports DB uses? I am kind of confused.. ports should be open by default. I haven't changed router settings, i used to bot hard with the same settings before. Also, if it was a port issue, wouldn't it happen when i enter an incorrect key as well?

810 should be open

btw,tried new build?

Manually triggered port 810. Downloaded and tried the new .344 release -> same thing happens again ;p this is some strange stuff, to be sure. Could you like..give me a new, one day key to try out? For some weird reason i think it has something to do with my keys. I might be completely wrong, of course :)

nope,it has nothing to do with keys

pm me your Skype and we will teamviewer it
