Tried everything in every other thread related to this issue and none of it has worked, I have installed mandatory stuff from release thread, I have run it as admin and changed the service packs, I am exhausted and dont know what else to do any help would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to it being something stupid and simple and looking like a dumbass. Please help me achieve this goal THANKS!!

Try to log in Diablo and then start the bot.
This fixed it for me.

I had the same issue.
I uninstalled net 4.0 and the other thing, rebooted pc, reinstalled net 4.0 + other thing and now it works fine.

Control Panel > Uninstall a program > look for netframe in the list > uninstall

same issue here uninstalled .net 4 and c++ 86 2010 and keeps saying "Demonbuddy has stopped working" in a windows popup. Tried again on 2 PCs and both have the same issue.

how long has it been since this thread was started? 3hrs and 40 mins to be exact. I know mine wasnt the first either. A simple we are looking into it would make me so happy. Please for the sake of my sanity someone let us know.

I have lots of faith in you guys and i dont want to have to request a refund so please for the love of all that is great and good give me some info!
