DB crashes immediately

I updated to the latest version this morning and my DB crashed immediately afterwards. I installed a fresh copy and with 0 plugins (apart from stock) the client crashes no matter what I do.

Can someone please help?

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Okay will do, I did already attempt to remove that stuff and reinstall -- any known issues with Windows 10 Technical Preview?

we dont support Win10

Yeah I did all steps above and the same result (I've been on win 10 for awhile and it's always worked). There was an update recently that changed a few things that may be causing my issues because my 8.1 machine works.
