DB crashes every time i open it

When I push login, DB just instantly crashes and gives me this:

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

It does not allow me to run the buddywizard due to lack of permission..

Hey Tony,

did everything you told me to so far, including disabling my antivirus to allow everything to install and run, and it still crashes as soon as i push Login.. please help!
