DB crashes after login

DB keeps crashing every time I try log in. can someone please help me with this issue? It's very frustrating trying to get this fixed. attached are my log files for the crash on the 19th?

okay well I got this fixed by downloading Microsoft visual c++ 2010 redistributable

issue after starting up DB

I get a bunch of errors as soon as DB starts up and I am unable to run DB. It doesn't crash or anything but it just won't run the bot at all. Any ideas or do I need to reinstall anything?
