DB crashes after Authentication

As stated in the title, DB just cashes after authenticating, initially i thought it was my system so i went and built a brand new system( system needed updating anyways)
However even with fresh system fresh installs of both D3 and DB it jsut crashes after authenticating.
I totally new to all of this so any kind of help would be great.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
