DB Crashed - Can't log in anymore

Heya!

DB was running fine, until I tried stopping demonbuddy and misclicked the pause button right after pressing stop. DB hung for a while and closed itself.

No sessions are active
Everything runs under admin mode.
No Antivirus issue.
Reinstalled DB*
Rebooted*

Oh, now it started working again. I guess my IP got timed out when DB crashed. For future reference about this error. Just wait it out ~ 10mins
