DB crash when logging

Dear Db Mod

I just got DB one moment ago and am having problem getting it work. So, i'd like to ask for some assistance.

firstly, my operating system is window Xp, and i have installed the Net 4 and the Visual C++ as directed, and repeated the installation again with buddywizard from here: Installation Errors? Try DemonBuddyWizard

Then, everytime I tried to login DB , and box came up and show errors, and DB got closed along with closing the error message box

No worries Watlam, I get exactly same error on windows 8 even I've followed every instruction they have provided. It is just easy to say that XP is not supported anymore. I can't use DB too, got latest release, latest release of plugins also, it didn't help. Many people in here are having the same problem so i guess only solution is to wait.

mate, the thing is the feature description shows that DB works with win xp - W8. However, when i asked for assistance, they said Win Xp is not a supported OS which contradict what the feature decribes. But, they have not mentioned Windows 8 is not a supported OS. And this is not right man.

Yeah, but it is not about support at the moment, some weird bug appeared in new version and many people (doesn't matter what OS they use) can't use bot at all because of crashes. No idea if they are gonna solve it, i am lurking forum since yesterday and didn't find proper solution yet. We have to be patient i guess.
