DB Changing Torment

Bot is going threw mostly everything nice, BUT for some odd reason when it restart's the act it goes to normal instead of Torment 2 where I start it from.
I'm sure it's some easy thing that I can change but I really can't figure out why it is doing it.

Any help?

Also editing this onto here, DB keeps messing with my sound.
I have it on for about 3-5 mins an all of my sounds stops working.
Any clue on that?
