DB changes game difficulty

Hello all, I've been searching for a couple of days and wasn't really able to find anyone having the same issue that I'm having.

I start a T6 bounty game using Trinity and db-bounty, however when a blacklisted quest is in the game or it remakes the game it automatically starts the new game as a normal game. The same happens when running rifts. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated, feel free to let me know how retarded I am for missing a setting or something as well.

Yes, this currently happens in every profile. Any time DB remakes the game, it creates it as a Normal Difficulty.

clear settings folder,start DB choose difficulty via settings and give it a try plz

Done. Still have the same issue. Have both cleared just the settings folder and completely removed and reinstalled.
