DB build 306 is not running any of my profiles. Always running into error reading bytes from 00000040 [299]. I tried starting the game manually and then starting the bot. DB played through the profile 1 time then looped through reloading the profile repeatedly, but never started back up to go through again.

Mmm there are several issues with your log. If this is happening to more people it could be a compatibility problem between trinity and Db, or anything in that order. Give Nesox and Rixx a couple of days to figure things out, there will be new versions soon, I guess, for both Db and trinity.
In the meantime, you could try these things:

Questools is specifical for Rixx profiles. You shouldn't be using it if you are not using Rixx profiles, as it seems you are using a different one. Remove it (keep it somewhere just in case you needed it later)

Is this the unstucker addon? There could be issues for using both unstucker and the built-in trinity unstucker. Remove it from plugins folder.

Using trinity as you are, you need to use the trinity routine. Belpeghor can't be used. Db remembers the last routine you used, if you have problems choosing a new one delete the belpeghor line on the Db screen and the options to choose a routine should show up again.
