DB and WinAuth on first start up?

How would you get DB and WinAuth to work together automatically upon loading? I know the plugins don't get compiled until you are logged into your character select screen, so any relogging plugin would be hopeless upon first loading.

Had an issue where the bot just stays at the Authenticator screen because b.net ask for the Authenticator every week.

Any idea how to slipstream the WinAuth xml with DB and have it entered automatically?
